Meg Rook, of North Wales, formerly of Shipham, Draycott, Blagdon and Butcombe

Meg Rook, daughter of Thomas and Ellen Griffiths of Bardsey Island, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 5.

She will be missed by her children Sylvie, Steve, Lorna, Lawrence, Theresa and Terry, extended family and friends. She was the treasured sister of Guto, Brenda, Gwilym, and the late Mair and Nancy.

Meg was renowned for her sharp card skills and amazing winning streak, and for feeding family, friends and anyone else who turned up.

Warm, generous and kind, this little Welsh woman had the ability to work hard and transform her home and garden with ease.

There is a service to celebrate her life, at The Eternal Forest Sanctuary, in Boduan, North Wales, on Sunday, November 18. Any enquiries should be addressed to Roberts and Owen, 15 Bangor Street, Caernaforn, 01286 678 658.
