It has been lovingly hand-carved from wood and has travelled all the way from Papua New Guinea.
Now a statue believed to have been crafted as a fertility symbol on the Pacific island has found its way to a Wells store.
Graham Creasey at the Wells Trading Post has been asked to sell on the piece. It is currently at Wells Trading Post with a £75 price tag.
"Someone brought it in and asked us to sell it, on commission," he said.
"It's attracted quite a bit of interest, as you can imagine."
